Helicopter Riviera is a marketplace connecting passengers with EASA / DGAC certified partner operators. The transport contract is concluded directly between the passenger and the operator.
2. Cancellation
Free cancellation until 48 hours before departure. Within 48 hours, a portion of the charter price applies. Weather-grounded flights: rescheduled or fully refunded.
3. Weather and flight minima
Altiports require VFR conditions. In poor weather, systematic Plan B: alternate airport with chauffeured ground transfer at no extra cost.
4. Luggage and identity
1 standard bag (≤ 23 kg) + 1 cabin item per passenger. Extra bag €45. Valid ID required (passport for non-EU flights).
5. Liability
The partner operator is responsible for the transport in accordance with the Montreal Convention and EASA regulations.
