Getting there
The Principality's only heliport, built on the Fontvieille waterfront, on the sea and a few minutes' walk from the port. It is Monaco's air gateway: the Principality has no airport of its own, and the link from Nice is the single busiest helicopter route on the whole French Riviera.
When to go
Served year-round. Two sharp peaks: the Formula 1 Grand Prix in late May and the Monaco Yacht Show in late September, when demand far exceeds the heliport's capacity.
