Bex aerodrome lies on the Rhône plain, at the exact foot of the Vaud Alps. Listed in the federal register, it serves as the air arrival point for Villars-sur-Ollon, Gryon and Les Diablerets, none of which has a landing site of its own. The climb up to the resorts then takes around twenty minutes by road.
When to go
Winter from December to April up to Villars and Les Diablerets, with Glacier 3000 stretching the season at altitude. In summer the Rhône plain also serves hiking and the region's international schools.

Villars-sur-Ollon has no landing site listed in the Swiss federal registers. Bex is the nearest registered aerodrome, and the climb is then about twenty minutes by road.
