The helipad

Getting there

Arc 2000 is the highest of the Les Arcs villages, above Bourg-Saint-Maurice in the Tarentaise. Its helipad is listed in the French civil aviation authority's register of heliports. You land on the Paradiski area, linked to La Plagne by the Vanoise Express cable car, which crosses the valley in a single span.

When to go

Season from December to April, set by the opening of Paradiski. With Bourg-Saint-Maurice served by rail, many arrivals fall on Saturdays: that is the day the flight makes the clearest difference.
